SPECIALITY COFFEE
This term is given to coffee that scores 80 or above by a certified coffee taster on a point scale that measures quality.
The beans that reach this quality are grown at the perfect altitude, picked at the perfect ripeness, grown in nutritious soil, and given extra care to remove defects or undesirable qualities. All of this contributes to a great tasting coffee, with a wonderful aroma, and delicate balace.
Our coffee has been given a point scoring of 88 making it classified as excellent coffee. We only want to give you the best coffee to bring you an unforgettable experience.

The way we choose our coffee is not just based on its flavour and quality (albeit very important). But also by the farmers themselves. We want to ensure that fair treatment and pay is practiced with its workers. We want to know that ecological processes are being used where possible. We want to know that there is an effort being made to protect the surrounding envioment to ensure that the culture of coffee can stay in Colombia for generations to come.
